Maybe this isn't the spot to post this, but I will anyway:). I've been looking into learning a good web developing program, I am wondering what most people prefer. I have been toying with PHP a little, but recently have been pointed in the direction of Python. After reading some of the comments in here I'm curious what are your thoughts?
If a hacker is using these tools for illegal purposes, what is this law going to do. They are already acting in illegal activities, so what.. now they have illigeal software. This will just limit what software admins are going to be able to use to test their security. IMHO.
I think this is piontless. Most games require skills. If you need a coach you obviously do not have the skills needed to play the game. The rest of the game is strategy which can either be learned by playing, getting a manual, or listening to other people who have played (that don't charge you for the info). IMHO
