I'm confused. I can't really see why this is much use except for hacking things with wifi but no internet connection and the like or what? And it gives a cool 007 look that no noe should give a crap about. Look I can hack while eating lunch at Mac Donald's with my ready to use exploits! I'm a genious!
Does this mean that it's needed to make the U.S. Department of Commerce independent from ICANN instead? Or turn time to 2011? Or just not care too much?
Whoah, that sucks, but that can't be the case everywhere. Then it would be the result of no one being intrested in socializing in the real world which is to say the least, unthinkable. Or am I wrong? And no I haven't been to America. This gives me another reason just to try and ignore America and focus on other things that doesn't upset me as much. I think all this with online dating and such are just depressing. I can do some socializing online but to do a good lot of it or all of it is something I just wouldn't be able to stand.
Take a screwdriver. Insert it between the caps-lock key and the plastic frame around the keyboard. The screwdriver should be at least half a centimeter down into the keyboard for good result. Bend.
What is he trying to prove? Let's put this simple for everyone. No one that uses a non-windows OS will want to use IE(I hope). Almost no windows users will uninstall IE since that's possible but freakin' hard. It's there for some people and not there for others. It's not like he has to sell anything. All that is IE already comes ready to be pushed up the poor windows users face. Then why does it matter if IE is good or bad? Most people will still download FireFox before they configre updates when reformating with windows.
Anyone that can't meet and talk and socialize with other people with other means than going to an online site should seriously throw the computer out of the window and start thinking of other methods. I mean if that's the case the computer is likely to have caused the lack of fantasy. I can understand services for instant messenging and sites focusing on special areas. I mean you might not be able to meet to many The Clash fans in you neighborhood. Then there's email for you too. If that's not enough consider going to a local gaming club, pub, café or start training at a gym or something. No offense meant but I'm concerned that people socialize more and more far away from each other. It's never going to be the same has having a chat with your friend at town. (Probably no one claimed it would but please see my point)
It might be that a talent for the given occupation might not be needed but at least you need to have intrest and be a special kind of person with talent for just working hard. I don't think it was only the work of Mozart's father that Mozart started working with music at such an early age. He must have had a intellect that had grown a lot for his age. His mind was probably mature and it simply was ready for learning advanced things at an early age. Just my theory if it is proven that there isn't much of a thing like talent for music.
What about making a servant robot constantly asking for tip in a especially rude and unavoidable way? That's the way into the millions! Anyone will help me make an army of them? On a serious note regarding the topic I think less energy should be put to making various types of robots and more energy to be put into making systems for the real human-like robots to work better. I mean, sure you can make a lot's of weird robots from cool ideas but having a better overall performance by all robots might just be better.
I was fully intending to buy a new laptop at the end of the summer. I was thinking a lot about buying mac. Or dell maybe. Now I've been reading how bad all these laptops are and that gives me three choices;
Stop reading slashdot
Don't by a laptop
Please help me! I don't want to stop reading slashdot but I really need a new computer. Not buying a laptop would eventually result in not reading slashdot anyway. My screen is already a bit rotten in the upper corner. What to buy when laptops suck? I already have access to 3 stationary computers at home and at least one at school. Maybe I should just buy a small truck and set up a rolling computer?
I wish that webpage with the article didn't have links with weird ads. On one hand I can see this is interesting but really, what are they measuring? It's very hard to say just that these are the best. I don't like this type of articles just listing top xx of everything listable. Maybe it's just me.
It is great to see that big software manufacturers can help each other and build up a better product.
Though, with all my reservations, I might not know enough about this debate to say this. I will do that anyway and you can read it the way you want.
Consider the fact that every company making a major product would start helping each other. As far as this drive the development further it's great! This might though carry the risks for having an oligopoly driving the prices forward which is not so great.
Also consider the fact that the companies that have the most use for virtualization probably have such a great win in testing that they could pay high prices for a product worth less. All this brings virtualization away from people who just need it for private use.
I should also tell you that I don't even know in what extent these products do cost anything.
To me it sounds like a five-year-old found a keyboard.
And anyway, why would vandalising make wiki a better source. What argument is it that the service sucks if someone is a total moron and ruins it?

You know, they might have problems eating their dinner in the garden. The upside is the kids might get some rela Tonka-toys.

Apple has cool, clean designs. Microsoft has messy crazy jibberish. I'd call this a Microsoft product.
