Great where do I sign up? What are the monthly fees?

What does the promise involve? Do I have to clean my room or can I just say I did?

Where can I meet all these other people who are, right now, enjoying this "new KIND(tm) of life." (Are mutation tonics, spells, or spawn chambers involved?)

Also, I heard a rumor that God recalled the "new KIND(tm) of life" body due to a random luminosity bug that they haven't yet been able to fix so production has been on hold.

It's pretty simple for a good parent or a good teacher to stop kids from cursing. In fact it's just simple. Just DON'T react.

    Kid: Fuck
Parent: That's nice, dinner is at 6.

Kids don't curse because it a curse. They curse because they get a reaction. No reaction, no fun. No fun, no cursing.

    For a teacher:

    Kid: Fuck
    Teacher: That is inappropriate.
    Kid: Fuck
    Teacher: How original.
    Kid: Fuck
Teacher: If you say that word you again will be punished. (Again being clam and not antagonized)
    Kid: Fuck
Teacher: Come with me, we are going to the principal.

Summary: Don't get angry / make a scene and the problem solves itself.

I thought the premium addition allows you to downgrade to XP. And you can switch back to Vista anytime you want. So, people who don't want Vista would buy the premium edition.

XP will run certain programs better than Vista will. Consider that it is even more of a resource hog than XP.

Not to mention the large number of programs and device drivers wont run on Vista at all.

In 2 or 3 years Vista will be a good OS. Currently the bugs far out weigh the benefits. As I recall XP went through similar problems. At launch it was buggy, a resource hog, and many programs/drivers couldn't run on it. (It's still a resource hog compared to older OSes[or *nix / BSD OSes], but hardware has progressed to the point of it not being an issue for only most people/markets)

For a significant portion of the market the primary reason to "upgrade" to Vista is DX10 (once DX10 games come out).
Games are among the programs that ought to run better on XP.

Yes, the portable market has been growing faster and I believe has been larger then the desktop market for quite a while.

Go into Best Buy, CompUSA, Apple Store or any other major retailer. You will see a lot more floor space given to laptops then to desktops.

Should this happen to you, you should definitely fight it as you are very likely to win, especially if you are willing to pay for a lawyer. But even without one, you should be able to win.

Simple defense: His driving sacred me and I was about to call the cops when his lights went on. He clearly drove in a frightening manner to make me speed up. It's entrapment.
