Logan Abbott from BIZX here. Happy to answer any questions.
Hi Logan,
I'm the auther of one of the Android slashdot reader applications (S2 Slashdot).
I know its early days yet, but do you have any plans for Apps on smartphones as of yet?
Im asking really as would would like to know how long a shelf life my app has left. It completely relies on your JSON feeds, and if they are going to change, S2 Slashdot will become as useful as a chocolate fireguard.
I've noticed a lot of users, when trying navigate to their favourite websites, just go to google, and type in the website name or the name of the page they visit a lot.
With the new address bar thingy i reckon people will be using search engines a lot less to navigate to their favourite web pages.
Facefook may have all those users, but honestly do people spend that much time on facebook.
When you first sign up, you think great now I can track down all my old friends (Like I could on Friends Reunited). Then two weeks later you just get sick of people trying to turn you into a vampyre.
I think facebook is just one of those fad things that will pass.
A chip on a DVD will cost more to manufacture. Therefore increasing the price users will need to pay for DVD's that are already overpriced.
Whats wrong with the current system of only putting the sleave on display. This is whaqt most places in the UK do.
You need to search for both Google and Microsoft in both search engines.
If you did this you will notice Google returns many more results on both queries, which makes it a bit difficult to deduce that search.live.com is biased.
Like the Blackberry Priv
