But it isn't, and in fact quite a few of the unions are involved in legalization schemes because they think all the illegal workers will increase their political clout, if they can get them unionized.
Those damn unions, scheming to legalize the illegal immigrants... It's treason, I tell you, TREASON!
I for one am glad people don't spend more time trying to preserve nature. "The balance of nature" is a false term, and such a situation where everything lives in harmony simply doesn't exist. Nature is wild, crazy, unpredictable, and I honestly don't think humanity has the capability to "preserve" it. Don't believe me? Just take a look at the disaster that is Yellowstone National Park, if you don't believe me.
The article went on so many tangents, it made my head spin. If someone is going to link to an article on slashdot, make it a clear, concise, and well written one, not the junk piece of hackery linked to in this article.
My Comp Sci teacher used to do what she called "extreme programming" where two people worked on one machine on one project. It sucked, because when you have an idea, you can't try it just to see if it works without inconviencing the other person. It's much simpler to work seperately, then colaberate later on, when both people have some good ideas.
Let's face it... M$ is not fond of open source. Does anyone honestly think they would allow something like that to pass without putting up some kind of objection? You open source people need to pick your battles.
Remember AOL-Netscape? Boy, they just steamrolled the team from Redmond, didn't they?
AOL and Netscape were never in the same league as Apple and Google are now. I'm not saying that they would necissicarily succeed in upsetting the M$ balance, but they've got a much better shot than AOL and Netscape, together or alone, ever did.
If astronomers would take their eyes off of the stars for one minute, and look around them, they would see a public sad to see Pluto go. I suggest making Pluto an exception to the rule, in honor of it's previous 50 odd years standing as such. We could use the new planet rules to judge all OTHER bodies discovered, but keep Pluto in it's honorary position as a planet. Honestly, "My Very Energetic Mother Just Served Us... Nothing" is just so depressing!

He was scattering his mother's ashes, for christ's sake. What the hell is wrong with you?

I just don't see why we have to allow all if we allow Pluto... that's the point of an exception!
