    In other words?

    NSLOOKUP PROGRAMS can vary on how they work between vendors of said programs' versions (think *NIX &/or Windows), AND, there are DIFF. KINDS OF SERVERS & INFORMATION offered by said lookup servers too!

    * That last part (diff. servers offering diff. info. for NSLOOKUP)? Yes, much I am SURE of because of my having also written an NSLOOKUP GUI program (& there's many kinds of lookup information & servers for nslookups)... as well as a GUI ping, & tracert program too!

    SO, my suggestion of using REVERSE DNS LOOKUPS to do what the OP wanted, though I do NOT recommend it (dump dns worldwide records for IP-to-HOSTS/DOMAIN names translated accurately into a hosts file)?

    THIS IS DOABLE -> http://tech.slashdot.org/comments.pl?sid=2584140&cid=38476492 & will/should work... & more accurately than the screwups I've SEEN in nslookup before (due to DNS used, & more).

    I think that the manner in which free software is produced does represent a new mode of production, one that has the potential to become the dominent mode of production.

    Incidentially, the "nudity and violence" have not been on etoy's main server since 1996, well before eToys went online. eToys' "precondition" was already satisfied before they filed their suit! The only objectionable thing on etoy.com proper was the word "fucking" in "Get the fucking flash plugin", one click away from the index page. (The old etoy site is archived at C3.)

    Unfortunately it seams that Loral Orion will have to close down all satellite connections to Yugoslavia. Mr. Laban who is representative for Loral Orion communication in Yugoslavia said that Loral Orion informed him about that action. For now, ISPs which are connected through LoralOrion are working, but it is just a matter of time. Strange enough the measure will affect not only ISPs in Serbia but also Montenegrian ones. Overall effect will be that two closest ISP to regime (ptt.yu and eunet.yu) that operate through ground lines will continue operating, but satellite providers - who also close to the regime, but at least try to maintain some image of independence - will be closed down.
