At this link (http://www.compu-technics.com/pages/25/index.htm) , reached through AtomChip's contact link, they have a product listed as their own which is actually a Flybook (http://flybook.biz/) with the logos crudely covered. Not that they were believable claims anyway, but there's my nail for the coffin.

5 years ago, this fellow got a gold medal at the 14th World Genius Convention (http://www.compu-technics.com/pages/18/index.htm) , which, as a side remark, is organized in Tokyo by a company, founded by no one else than Yoshiro Nakamats! The inventor of the floppy disk!! (No, I am not making this up...)

Did you know that this guy totally won a Gold Genius award, a Special Gold Award, and the prestigious Grand Prix for an Excellent Scientific Invention at the World Genius Convention in Tokyo, Japan?

ignore the crappiness of the website... i thought this was pretty spiffy. and apparently they made a laptop that uses several of their 256GiB solid state disks, both for ram and storage click and they were given awards at CES according to this page

If you don't understand what you're reading, the action-packed demo movie won't help.

But it does include an intense space sequence featuring high-speed satellite fly-bys!

This is not 10 GHZ, but due to lack of hard drive (who needs hard drive slowing things down if you have 256 GB of RAM?) and 4 GHZ CPU, this is probably going to be ten times as fast as today's desktops.

Don't let the horrible site design alarm you, this is a real thing, and was displayed at this year's CES. Right now, it's gonna cost about $14K, but will drop in the near future.
