Re:Everything good is bad for you
I don't want to ruin your illusions, but if fish sauce or soy sauce taste salty, it's because there is a LOT of sodium chloride in them, so there is no benefit for health to use them instead of plain salt.
Take a look at what's in soy sauce...
However, some ingredients can be used as a replacement to salt and derivative to increase the taste of food, for instance lemon juice. -
Re:Bravo!
I don't know if it has anything to do with this, but when I saw the thing about b-vitamins, I immediately thought of that "Five-Hour-Energy" crap. 8333% of the daily recommended intake of vitamin b12. Granted, it's not fat-soluble so it all comes out in your urine, but that's still an awful lot for an energy product to be pushing.

Re:Ate much ramen?
You can completely take the sodium out of the equation and you are still left with an overly processed saturated fat laden carb bomb.

Add all the veggies you want, there is nothing "healthy" about that. -
Re:Your logic is horrendous
Many have since LOST a ton of food by eating nothing but McDonald's food.
Oh I'd believe that. I'd lose all the food in my stomach if I ate a McDonald's "meal".
Chicken McNuggets, 9 Pieces. 27g fat. That's about your daily allowance of fat. I hope you're not eating anything else that day (e.g. fries with your meal) or that you're doing a decent amount of exercise:

Medium fries, 22g fat

Big Mac, 33g fat:

Enjoy, fatty.

Caffeine management: Java Jolt
The secret isn't a big caffeine burst, it the ability to draw out a nice, medium buzz over long hours -- more uniform programming.
So I would leave instant coffee behind and try instead the Power Dream Java Jolt. You'll have to drink about $40.00 of them a day, but you'll be stocked full of good vitamins, minerals, and just enough caffeine to keep you flying.
Good stuff.
