Dr. Robert Duncan, MIT, Harvard, and Darthmouth grad, worked for the Department of Defense, CIA, US DOJ, designed many of the software components behind these weapons, the "artificial intelligence". He confirms so much about these weapons, he personally designed many tracking software pieces for the Navy, and satellite software for the FBI/US DOJ including heart rate monitoring, breathe monitoring, and license plate tracking, just to name a few features.

"Voice of god" weapon is the ability to direct energy at your skull from space or radar to make you hear god, or whatever they want you to hear for mind control purposes and torture. It uses pulse modulated microwaves that once absorbed into your skull or soft tissue, create vibrations which travel to your cochlea and are interpreted as sound that only you can hear, thereby simulating schizophrenia.

Dr. Judy Wood is another PHD scientist who has broken the story on directed-energy. The collapse may have been reported early by nearly every media outlet because of messages coming from government to do so, as they were trying to get the media to propogate false information about the buildings collapse for some reason. Maybe it was to hide the fact that the World Trade Center was secretly being dustified with a directed energy weapon, and they wanted everyone to think it was really collapsing from the plane attack.

The original poster is talking about how it didn't really collapse, it was secretly being targeted from space or other remote location with a directed energy weapon, which destroyed the molecular bonds of the material, and turned the building to dust mid-air on live TV during a controlled demolition. Hmm. There are plenty of government exclosures about it, too. MKULTRA, when the CIA went around drugging Americans, experimenting on people, testing and development neuro weapons of all kind, including drugs and electromagnetic devices. They have publically disclosed weapons which make people sick, weapons which beam voices into peoples heads, and devices and patents are in the portfolio of the US Air Force. They have a patent that specifically mentions mind reading satellite technology. See, those neurons of yours broadcast radio waves, each and every neuron is readable from afar, and computers have been capable of reading this energy and now can decode every signal in your brain and body. This is in use everywhere, and energy weapons, synthetic telepathy, and all that garbage are in wide spread use by the police now. I don't need a PhD to tell me it exists, I know the state and police have it. I have evidence, audio and video recordings of staff members using it during a US Department of Justice investigation that was going on in 2006/2008 in Oregon.
