    As soon as I read the article, Gasaraki came to mind.

    I'd like to know more about the "aEgis robots" mentioned in the article. I wonder if this is a spinoff of the Aegis naval weapons system (Some kind of super-duper anti-air targeting/firing system) technology that US/Lockheed sold to S.Korea a few years ago?

    South Korean troops deployed in the northern Iraqi city of Irbil used two aEgis robots mounted with rifles between November 2004 and February 2005 for surveillance, along with mine-detonating robots.

    Sounds cool. Personally, I hope these Aegis robots look something like this.

    I guess I'm one of the old timers - I used to trade for 5th generation fansubs in the mid 80's - before you could rent anime at Blockbuster (anyone remember Heavy Metal: L-Gaim?). Anyway, this year looks really good for anime fans... The classic old-school series, Mobile Suit Gundam (along with a number of sequels and spin-offs) are also coming to DVD and the Cartoon Network sometime soon!

    According to the Official Gundam Wing Website Cartoon Network is going to be airing the Gundam Wing Endless Waltz series begining sometime in November of this year.

    So, with all the other anime being added to the lineup, how long until Cartoon Network branches off an "All-Anime" channel? :)
