Yeah but what a hot shiksa wife!Check out Gene Klein's hot wife!
Oh wait, that was his daughter.
Here is Gene Klein's hot shiksa wife.
Well, ok, maybe his daughter is hotter than her mother. Must be Gene's genes working their magic for the next generation.

I spent a lot of time as a youngster at the public library. Fortunately my mom was a big reader and took me there often (it was too far from our house for me to ride my bike or walk.) In grade school I'd already figured out that Science Fiction and Fantasy were my favorites. I don't remember what year it was exactly but it doesn't seem like it took me too long to read through everything interesting in the kids section and I moved over to the regular Sci-Fi/Fantasy shelves.
I do remember clearly pulling the White Dragon off the shelf one day and there on the cover was a guy, sitting on a dragon, with little dragons around them both. Well, that was it. I grabbed it and I tore through it.
I still chuckle because my parents were rather conservative and some of the content in that book would have made them flip out. I just loved every bit of it, and then went back to the library to actually read through the series in order. The Pern books became lifelong friends, from that introduction as an adolescent, to bringing Masterharper of Pern with me on my honeymoon (read it on the flight) and today I still am reading the books. Not too many authors have that kind of long term impact. -
Wickety Wackety Walking Toys
When I was a child in the 60s (and dreams could be held through TV) we had plastic toys that were just like miniature versions of this.
They were made by Marx, I think, and we called them "wickety wackety walking toys".
Barney and Fred Flintstone in a compromising position
Mickey Mouse shamefully abusing Pluto
I had all these except the (apparently rare) Mickey bestiality one, and half a dozen more. They walked down a ramp, swinging their legs, but with no knee flexing. Google "Ramp walker" for more. They'd walk forever if you had an infinitely long ramp or an inclined treadmill.

Re:That's great, but why don't they...
LOL. Actually, I'm a bit of a geezer too (hint: I was a freshman in college the night I went to Incredible Universe at midnight to buy my copy of WIndows 95). One of my favorite laptops was the Zeos Meridian, which just so happened to have an IBM-style pointer stick in the location I'm talking about (and unfortunately, was utterly out of my price range at the time) -- http://cdn2.iofferphoto.com/img3/item/211/480/688/dIaQ.jpg

I can't believe the new MS form factor isn't here.
I've ranted on this before but for the life of me can't find my original whinge.

Take note of the home / ins / del / page up / page down keys and how they've been moved around by Microsoft for reasons unknown, breaking the standard US form factor we've been using for years (and hell! I had to convert from UK in the first place)
Also take note of F1 F2 F3 / F4 F5 F6 - they've split the F keys by 3 not 4 and they require an "F lock" to be enabled for them to work as default, otherwise they serve other functions (it should be the other way around)
Finally the cursor keys are slightly lower down on the keyboard itself.
Absoloute abominations and very arrogant of Microsoft to boot, sadly they come with many cheap PC's - gives me the absoloute niggles.
