    luddite.com claims to sell wooden pcs, although this website has been here for a few years, and they keep promising to launch on-line ordering. Seems kind of sketchy.

    The site itself has actually been around for over a year, but I've never seen their "custom order" section actually go online, which is another thing that makes me think it might be a joke.

    But hey, if it is real, there's your hookup for a no-doubt expensive wooden case.

    If you read this less superficially, it's clear that Luddite Industries is an elaborate gag. (See for example the comments about the "Wooden Auto Company".) A quick check of whois reveals that the domain name is owned by Prophet Communications, a subsidiary of the industrial design firm frog design.
