Re:The most annoying thing.
I don't know about serial killers, but there's a great blog / review site where a doctor does review and comment on House episodes:

How would the experiment on camera work?
Start with Medical Reviews of House M.D. , pick a few egregious ones, and request them. But does the experiment-on-camera format of Mythbusters even lend itself to medical myths?

What makes doctors cringe
Are all the docter cringing when they see Dr House ? (probably)
Yes. Polite Dissent is written by a doctor who reviews medical issues as portrayed in House as well as other media (comics, other tv shows, etc -- today's page has him tearing into classic "train to be a nurse at home" ads from a bygone era). He rates the medicinal errors from "major" to "minor" to "nitpicking", and he explains it all in layman's terms so medically illiterate people like me can understand.

Re:Oscar (cat)
I didn't know we are allowed to quote House episodes as scientific fact nowadays.
No, that's not very reliable. If you want a dependable source of science you cite the House Wiki or Scott's blog.
Oh, and Scott? He's just some Doctor Who happens to love House.

Re:I bet it's lupus..
Episode Eight, season four the solution ended up being Lupus.

Re:This scan would make "House" episodes...
They used to, in the first two seasons. Since then they've slipped, however, and focus more on the soap opera. This site has in-depth reviews of House episodes by a (real, actual) physician. Look at an early episode, then look at a Season 4 episode.

Re:Copyright Violation?
According to Dragon magazine, Chaosium obtained the rights to the Cthulhu and Melnibonean mythos shortly after the first printing of the Deities and Demigods Cyclopedia, which explains their absence in later editions. I suspect they obtained gaming rights. Arkham House still publishes Lovecraft's fiction.
