    Told my nephew this about 1-1.5 yrs. back that "peak smartphone" market was coming (& that Apple seeking profits offshore retailing iPhones etc. wouldn't really halt it).

    See, He works @ Apple (does a good job too heading into the 6++ yr. mark per https://apple.slashdot.org/com... I noted earlier today) so I try to tell him what I see (as we "speak geek" on coding issues etc. we both see in works we do (all his is PURE APPLE, he isn't allowed to work on external stuff, even his own - part of their employment contracts apparently)).

    So he asks me things like "well, should I move into the browser coding area next?" &/or other areas of interest he has there to help PRESERVE his career (which has went well for him there - Again, I'm VERY PROUD of his achievements (especially since he said I was the reason he got into computing as his "inspiration")).

    Already patched (just spoke to Apple's people - DIRECTLY - & the ones doing the patchwork whom I know (my nephew practically "runs the show" in that very dept. for them for 6++ yrs. now so I get a 'direct line'...)).

    Currently - He's on their "tiger teams" now though but is aware it is patched (not many of you will KNOW what a 'tiger team' is but you have to be REALLY GOOD to be on one). I'm proud of his achievements in fact, especially THAT one.
