Re:This comment surprises me
Wikipedia says Psystar is a corporation in Florida. Florida says Psystar is this. The sole listed director in Psystar's corporate filings before Florida pursuant to state law is one Rodolfo Pedraza.
According to The Guardian, Psystar was originally located in a row of suburban houses until sometime in April 2008 according to Psystar's own website at the time (screenshot in the linked article). To confirm this, see my Sunbiz link above, which reveals in Psystar's Articles of Incorporation that its principal place of business is this house or one by it.
It looks like Psystar was just some guy wanting to make some money selling Hackintoshes.
And note that if any of the AoI were forged, it's likely a felony (I don't know Florida law).

Re:Who's Paying the Legal Bill at Psystar?
Well, according to Florida's corporate registry, they only issued one thousand shares.... probably to the two brothers.
Anyone else want to dig further?

Other, better approaches to search engine spamA stronger approach would be to find out who really owns the site.
For example, let's search Google for "london hotels", a common search phrase. The first return is LondonNights.com. "Whois" returns "Worldview Ltd, 16 Marine Road West, Morecambe, LA3 1BS, Lancs, GREAT BRITAIN (UK)."
That's a UK company, so we look it up at Companies House., where we find "WORLDVIEW LIMITED, 16 MARINE ROAD WEST, MORECAMBE, LANCASHIRE LA3 1BS, Company No. 04588973". So we have a match on a registered company.
We check further with Dun and Bradstreet, which has a worldwide database of companies. We find "WORLDVIEW LTD 16 MARINE RD WEST MORECAMBE , UK Type of Location: single"
So they pass company validation, and we can get financial information about them.
Now let's try a domain that just appeared in a spam: "fleagroups.com". "Whois" gives us "Flea Market Groups. 126 73rd Ave N., Coral Springs, Florida 34992. US" So we go to Sunbiz, the Florida State Division of Corporations, and search. No "Flea Market Groups" under fictitions names. No match on address under anything beginning with "Flea". No "Flea Market Groups" under corporations, and no "Flea Market *" address matches.
Looking in Dun and Bradstreet, there are "Flea Market *" hits, but no exact match and no address match.
So they fail company validation. Add to probable spammer list, drop search engine ranking.
This is a reasonable test for any site that appears to be selling something.

OOPS!!!! BIG OOOPS!!!BEWARE THE SCIENOS!!!It is currently being reported that there is a further problem with the deal:
A Florida-based computer security vendor, Sunbelt Software, said yesterday that it had been part owner of anti-spyware technology developed by Giant Company Software Inc., the company that Microsoft had acquired a day before. Microsoft knew about the relationship between the companies but didn't contact Sunbelt about the Giant deal before announcing it earlier this week...At the same time, Eckelberry declined to comment on reports that Sunbelt continues to hold some related rights to the Giant anti-spyware technology, including exclusive rights to offer software development kits related to the technology.
Sunbelt Software is a Scientology, money-laundering front-company, as seen in this quote:Sunbelt Software Distribution, Inc (Scientologists in the management: Stu Sjouwerman, Alexander Eckelberry, Sam Licciardi (married to Denise Licciardi, the sister of Scientology boss David Miscavige!), Greg Kras). It is unknown if the parent company Sunbelt International Group is run by Scientologists - I have no information that J.M. is a Scientologist.Corporate Information.
some of whose officers have run afoul of the SEC and who are notorious spammers and spyware distributors themselves. Sunbelt was founded to launder the money of the Scientology cult, and are absolutely notorious spammers. Recently, they also ran afoul of us, here at Slashdot, in the past. -

No MCCI In Florida
No Moore Computer Consultants or MCCI in Florida:
http://www.sunbiz.org/corpweb/inquiry/corinam.html
Search for "MCCI" or "Moore Computer". Also no "John Moore" as a corporate officer in a computer business:
http://www.sunbiz.org/corpweb/inquiry/corioff.html
If you claim you are operating an incorporated business in Florida and are not registered, you just got a ticket to jail. Sounds like someone is lying about something...

Check out the
sunbiz.org file for her company. As someone mentioned she's doing biz at home, there seems no problem with this, check here. At least she tries to work legal, however...

Examples of what to do and what NOT to do
Florida's Sunbiz site is a good example of how not to do it. I have a heck of a time searching for information.
Some things that I like in a site... organize data so that you can find information no more than 2 or 3 categories deep. (2 preferred) Also, make a navigation bar that lets you get back to the different parts of the site, without having to back track. Sun Microsystems isn't a government site, but has lots of information that is fairly well organized in the manner I mentioned above.
