Wikileaks has 48 pages of ACTA drafts

Re:German "CIA" are still enraged
Btw, the search was warrantless, citing "Gefahr im Verzug" (an immedeate danger).
And you know that for a fact?
I'm asking because elsewehere in this discussion somebody posted a link to an article that mentions a warrant...It might be wise to check the facts instead of just claiming something to be true.
The prosecution claims that a search warrant existed. However, if you look at the official search protocol (large PDF), you can see that "Gefahr im Verzuge" is checked. Look at the top right corner.

Bypassing the United States
The wonderful thing about the internet is that no matter what the U.S. might consider "national security", there's always bound to be a more civilized and transparent nation out there. The EU is bending, and will probably start releasing documentation as soon as there's a solid draft.
In the meantime, it's important to realize that this treaty is still a work in progress, and nowhere near finished. It will be months yet before there's even a complete document to leak, I think.
That notwithstanding, certain general provisions and a few specific passages have already made their way onto the net; you can find out more here, here, and here.

WikiLeaks Needs Donations
WikiLeaks could run out of money before they get their next funding in September. They're asking for money to keep running their essential service in the meantime:
The Sunshine Press (Wikileaks) is in a dire financial position.
We need your letter of support.
Although we expect to receive some $2M in funding later this year,
there has been no formal funding since last year. This organization's positive world impact has never been
higher, but it is, as a consequence, also more expensive run and
ran out of formal funding four months ago. Since that time our staff
and lawyers have funded the entire organization from their modest
personal savings and anyone else they can find to assist. The reason that impartial, revelatory investigative journalism has
been traditionally funded by readers is that governments and
billionaires alike will not support groups which are tasked to
expose and reform them.Despite being universally recognized as being the most important
stimulus of democratic reforms, government funding for
such organizations is non-existent. At the same time organizations
which are guaranteed to have no domestic political impact are well funded.On-line donations, an important buttress to our ability to take on
all governments and companies with total independence, have amounted
to around $10,000 since the beginning of the year. Costs outside
of court actions are almost $400,000 per year. Our $2M funding injection later this year will support a radical expansion
of our mission. Until then, your support, and that of your friends and
colleagues, will mean the difference between continuing to
fight the good fight and shutting down.If you support our work or have benefited from our cause, please
write a strong letter of recommendation we can to present to
additional funding bodies. You may examine our front page or google
news for ideas. Also consider an easy on-line donation; every contribution, no
matter how small, will directly extend the number of months and
days we can continue taking on the world:Send support letters to wl-supporters@sunshinepress.org
Thank you.

Evidence?
I'm not sure that "evidence" is the right word. I don't really see how you can call it anything other than a claim (or counter claim).
He certainly seems to claim involvement in other places in the same document:
"Concluding, I tell the American people: God willing, we will continue to fight you. We
will continue the martyrdom operations inside and outside the United States until you end
your injustice, abandon your stupidity, and curb your insolent fellows. You should know
that we count our killed ones, may God have mercy on their souls, particularly those
killed in Palestine at the hands of your allies, the Jews. So, we will punish you for them,
God willing, just as what happened during the New York day. Just remember what I told
you at the time about our security and your security." -

Celestial marriage and polygamy ..
"Marriage in a Temple for Time Only"
'Couples may be married in a temple "for time only" if all the following requirements are met:'
'1. The woman is already sealed to a previous husband who is deceased or from whom she is divorced'
"Many Mormons assume that all these marriages will be valid in the eternities and the husband will live together in the afterlife as a polygamous family with all wives to whom he was sealed"
I guess this provided the ecclesiastical justification for polygamy. An examply of working backwards from first principles. Want to have sex with lots of women, Elohim makes it OK .. :) -

WikiLeaks information about the story at the Sunshine Press copy of WikiLeaks: Cayman Tax Avoidance.
The way WikiLeaks recommends to find stories about the censorship: Google News.
Excellent article: Wikileaks' Leaked Documents Blocked But Unbowed. I got all the above information from that article.
Quotes from the Cryptome.org story mentioned in the parent comment:
"The website WikiLeaks.org has been taken off line in many parts of the world. "
"Several factors have taken the site off line including DDoS attacks, which was followed by a fire which took out the main servers hosting the site in Sweden..."
Wikileaks previously published hundreds of documents obtained from a whistleblower of the Swiss Bank, "purportedly showing offshore tax evasion and money laundering by extremely wealthy and in some cases, politically sensitive, clients from the US, Europe, China and Peru."
