Re:Daily Show
If I link to the Foxconn clip on the Canadian affiliate of the Daily Show, I do not believe Americans will be able to view it, so in this case, yes it does matter.

The (extended) interview with the Jordanian UN Ambassador, Prince Zeid Ra'ad was also quite good (and hilarious):
http://www.thedailyshow.com/watch/tue-march-1-2011/exclusive---zeid-ra-ad-extended-interview-pt--1Or if you're Canadian, like me:
http://watch.thecomedynetwork.ca/the-daily-show-with-jon-stewart/exclusive-interviews/the-daily-show-with-jon-stewart---prince-zeid-raad-extended-interview/#clip426425Abdullah was supposed to show up again to promote his book, but given the situation in the Middle East, he sent the Ambassador instead. Interestingly enough, he's a Pretender to the Throne of Iraq--if they ever brought back the monarchy, I think they could do quite a bit worse than him:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prince_Zeid_bin_Ra'adLet me preface what I'm about to say by saying that from everything I've read and seen, and with the comparative openness of Jordan and Jordanian society, I think King Abdullah (and King Hussein before him) is a good man and leader, and in no way compares to some of the people that follow. I think many foreign dignitaries come off quite well on the Daily Show and the Colbert Report (like Pakistani ex-president Pervez Musharraf, and former Egyptian first lady Suzanne Mubarak)--it's their opportunity to present themselves to a good portion of the American public (and given the international distribution, probably a not-insignificant amount of viewers throughout the western world). I have a feeling that were Asma (Emma) and/or Bashar al-Assad ever to go on, they'd probably be similarly charming and well-spoken. During World War II, Joseph Stalin cultivated the image of Uncle Joe in Allied countries.
All that said, Jordan hasn't launched invasions of its neighbours, there don't seem to be mass-graves or concentration camps in Jordan, there haven't been brutal and bloody crackdowns (as in Libya or Syria), and Jordan is open enough to the rest of the world that we'd probably be able to tell.

Re:The article is "censored" too

A Statement from Matt and TreyIn the 14 years we've been doing South Park we have never done a show that we couldn't stand behind. We delivered our version of the show to Comedy Central and they made a determination to alter the episode. It wasn't some meta-joke on our part. Comedy Central added the bleeps. In fact, Kyle's customary final speech was about intimidation and fear. It didn't mention Muhammad at all but it got bleeped too. We'll be back next week with a whole new show about something completely different and we'll see what happens to it.
That's it in the entirity. Try going to http://www.thecomedynetwork.ca/ they have most of the same stuff posted there.

Re:Has the real question been answered?
As a Canadian who occasionally watched CNN Headline News for, well, actual news, yes, I know who Glenn Beck is. He's that [expletive deleted] dingbat who clogs the airwaves with his poorly-informed blowhard political commentary, along with that other [expletive deleted] of a similar vein, Nancy Grace, who does the same thing for the murder/kidnap/voyeurism-of-the-day event. Time was, you could watch that channel any time of the day or night and within 30 minutes get a sense of the day's news from a U.S. perspective. But Headline "News" is now a joke. Worse, they repeat both of these shows more than once a day. Headline News is bundled in the cable package I have, so I'm actually paying for this crap.
Having watched enough Glenn Beck to know his style and what he typically rants on about (it's kind of like watching a car crash scene -- hard not to look sometimes), I have to say that Jon Stewart parody was so hilarious I almost fell off my chair laughing. For those Canadians who do know who Glenn Beck is, but tried to follow the U.S. link that other people cited and found they were blocked (darn licensing agreements), here's the equivalent link for the Nov. 5 episode on Comedy Central, which distributes The Daily Show in Canada.

Re:Outside the US?
That reason is copyright law...which, unless I'm mistaken, CBS doesn't control
Don't be ridiculous. CBS owns all the streaming rights to their shows. The problem is that they're trying to sell those rights.
By not streaming to, say, Canada, they create a product out of thin air that they can sell: Canadian streaming rights. As far as I know, the only network to buy this new "product" is Canada's Comedy Network, which purchased the streaming rights to a number of Comedy Central shows, including the Daily Show and the Colbert Report. So if you try to stream any Comedy Central shows from Canada you're redirected to The Comedy Network's (awful) website.
US networks have always sold their shows' broadcast rights to foreign TV networks, so it only makes sense that they'd try to do this on the web as well. Unfortunately, the implementation is terrible. For example, The Comedy Network bought the streaming rights to the Colbert Report so they could drive traffic to their site and run their own ads in the streams, but even though the content is legally available in Canada any blog links and embedded videos that point to Comedy Central's web site still won't work at all in Canada (they all redirect to the front page of the Comedy Network). It breaks the web.
I don't think regional streaming restrictions will be around for much longer. For all the money The Comedy Network spent on the streaming rights for the Daily Show and the Colbert Report, all they got was a bunch pissed off viewers who direct their rage at The Comedy Network instead of Comedy Central. I sincerely doubt any other networks will bother to buy streaming rights unless these serious implementation problems are sorted out.

Re:As to crackpot theories...
For me, the best reference argument on the 9/11 conspiracy is the South Park episode "The Mystery of the Urinal Turd", season 10 episode 09.
Those of you in the US can watch it on the official South Park wesbite, those in Canada can watch it here.

Re:too late
Shortly after Comedy Central put its archives online, Canadian viewers trying to access Comedy Central's website were blocked. In response (?) to this, the (Canadian) Comedy Network has put up this page to catch those users.
The Comedy Network's website has full episodes of South Park all the way back to season 1, as well as full episodes of TDS and TCR (not just clips you can watch here and there). You're also able to view it in full screen, which I can't recall whether the Comedy Central page let you do.
