No, it says tar. It uses the world sealant, but in context that means tar. (Also, FWIW, from the article it links to.)

I'm not claiming you're taking implied meaning, I'm claiming you're wrong, that there's no legitimate way to interpret the summary as saying it's asphalt. There isn't.

And given that clicking through the summary to the main article ALSO reveals it's tar, not asphalt, I'm struggling to understand why you're still arguing this. It'd be one thing if the summary had been ambiguous (it wasn't) and the article implied asphalt, but that's not the case. Stop digging!

Notice how wherever there are 1st-generation IMMIGRANTS and NIGGERS, then the death and thief rates are high. It's either that or get bought-out, like what the China Bank of Reconstruction and the IMF has been doing to Americans all this time, while The United States just sits-back like a mis-managing trustee blaming all the problems on Americans despite being hired and well-payed to fix the problem in a calculated skillful manner that has been over-simulated in countless scholastic scenarios. There is no excuse for how The United States has caused all it's own problems: they are intending to sell-out America and ruin the existing culture of 1492 Americans ever since 1776.

I am still undecided (being a parent and a parent to be again) about this thing. Here's another view.

I suppose Ben was right, but other people here raise some good points. All teenagers are not created equal, some do need more supervision than others. The question is should we monitor everybody because of a few bad apples.

I suppose not. But I'd probably be singing a different toon if monitoring could somehow have saved my childs life. It's really not as cut and dry as some are making it out to be.
