Re:Just for Aurgument's Sake
Assuming those were ruled to be protected speech... that would only protect the speaker from being prevented from (or punished for) saying them. An individual is still responsible for their actions. Protected speech can run afoul of contract law, civil law (such as libel), copyright law, or any number of other obligations.
If you can be successfully sued for the speech, then in what way is it protected?
"Next, it must be determined if the speech in question is protected by the First Amendment. Certain kinds of speech have not been given constitutional protection. For example, states may allow damage suits against persons who have made slanderous or libelous statements..."

Maybe you mean something else by "protected speech"?

Slightly off the topic, but how about Literature?
At the University of North Dakota we recently held our 41st annual Writers Conference, the theme had a strong focus on New Media. Nick Montfort, Stuart Moulthrop and Mark Amerika were a few of the authors that had come to the conference. The concept of a video game being literature was one of many things discussed.games being literature was one of the topics discussed.

Re:Analysis
There are several sites dedicated to critical readings of Watchmen, because it is so dense.
These are all dripping spoilers, so care should be taken in following these links. Having Watchmen spoiled is something I wouldn't wish on anyone.
Watching the detectives, a Hypertext guide to Watchmen.
Taking Off the Mask, a bacheolor's thesis by Samuel Asher Effron, class 1996.

Re:Cool
Can't resist this... Actually, stricly speaking, 0/0 is conventionally undefined. Thus your statement makes even less sense than myself on a good day. Now, if we talk about CONVERGING values, you may have something there. But the way you put it... NASDAQ wouldnt buy like crazy... damned thing would go berserk, most likely as well as a bunch of systems connected to "theirs";). Run for the hills... new Dark Ages loom ahead! Mirth aside, I'd recommend this, a nice light reading on division by zero. Interesting, as well as bordering on amusing, mostly due to reader comments. ___________________________________

No, its Dance Time
And here I thought those years of piano lessons were useless... A Tarentella is not a reference to Tarantino, but a reference to a lively dance to stave off a tarantula bite.
