Re:Simple Question
You should see the HTC TyTN II, its ideal!
Its resolution is to low for comfy remote desktop use, but that's what you get for small size.
Has WiFi, GPRS, GPS, Bluetooth .. the usual. Luckely not Voip. -
Not even new, even when you consider Tor
I have a blog post regarding this issue here: http://rabbi.vox.com/library/post/the-embassy-password-scandal-new-dog-old-trick.html
Most of the above comments have pointed out that, at its heart, this isn't a Tor issue, but an unencrypted password one. Furthermore, it's not even a new Tor issue -- I wrote a tech report about this in which I expressed concern that naive users might have more to fear from Tor exit node operators than from other surveillance due to the lack of ubiquitous crypto over a year ago (linked from my blog post), and the Tor FAQ explicitly calls attention to this, and has for some time (link also in my blog post.)
In my opinion, the onus is on the administrators of mail and other systems to simply disallow unauthenticated logins. It is ironic that many of the sites publishing this story themselves default to clear-text authentication -- in this day and age, that's sloppy. For an embassy or government agency, that's inexcusable. -

Re:I'm not surprised...
Big companies need lawyers and they need to keep the lawyers busy. Otherwise, this happens:

Re:Work around?
No, it was not a DNS block. Brasil Telecom (serving south, center-west and part of the north) blocked it, probably using route or packet filters against youtube IP addresses.
There was a judge that ordered the video down and the remedy was decided by a justice from a state supreme court. Only it seems that the justice thought that he was ordering only the video down, because it seems he was told that carriers would just have to implement filters, which they are capable of doing (they are). According to an interview he gave, he thinks that those filters would only block that video.
I wrote about that in my crappy vox blog here.

Entertainment
But then how will we be able to hear quality calls such as this one?

Implemented using #anchor links and iframes
We implemented in-page history (and bookmarking) in Vox by overloading the anchor portion of the URI (the part after the #) and using iframes in IE. The anchor URI form is in simple key:value form that the JavaScript parses and triggers an event to enter the state specified.
