Looks like solar panels... (Re:here it is)
Note, no solar panels.
The second picture is too blurry, but the first seems to show solar panels... Or what are those rectangular things above and below the white spec in the middle?

here it is
That will be USA 193 (06-057A, #29651). This is it's current orbit:
USA 193
1 29651U 06057A 08022.26925691 0.00105000 00000-0 21306-3 0 07
2 29651 58.5247 160.3977 0003288 53.6760 306.3240 15.98950761 06
Lowest point is about 275 km above earth surface currently.
This under the right conditions is an easy to see object: it can reach magnitude
+1 and because of its low orbit is very fast, spectacular to see.

Re:First Column!My
.indent.pro is: -kr -cli4 -l96 -nut
From the first non-white character to the last the length seldom even approaches 60, but thanks to indentation, the last character is often close to column 96. -kr includes -i4, which means 4 spaces per level. If you have 4-space indentation, and (96 - 60) = 36 spaces at the beginning of some lines, then you probably should consider breaking up your functions into smaller, more targeted pieces. -
Mission Scrubbed
"While today's launch is unmanned, it is designed to orbit the planet for 5 years while the durability of the design is tested and future flights are planned around it."
Unfortunatly, the mission ended almost as fast as it started when they couldn't figure out how to get the air pump to work while in orbit.
In almost related news, here is a cool pic taken today of the ISS transiting the sun during today's EVA:

Re:This can be a problem
Really? What about the various tabloids which show girls in their bathing suits? Oh thats right, they're hypocrites. Does your definition make that link child pornography? That girl is 15, and they're drawing attention to her breasts in a sexual way... ironically printed right next to an article decrying a satire of the media's two-face sensationalism with the subject.
If that's how you describe child pornography, then you have a lot more things to ban besides a random imageboard. -

All right, that bunny is really starting to fucking freak me out

Ok, to compensate for the grief experience -> Real Bunnies.

Re:Don't demonise them
The Daily Star's beyond parody. The day after Chris Morris's Brass Eye paedo special, they were giving it all the "SICKEST TV SHOW EVER" stuff the other papers were doing, seemingly without stopping to think that that was exactly the sort of press hysteria Morris was railing against. On the VERY NEXT PAGE was a photo of Charlotte Church, aged 15 at the time, in a low-cut dress, with a caption to the effect of "my, hasn't she grown up to be a big girl?"
Oh, actually, look, here it is.

Re:Max/MSP is far better.
Apples and oranges.
Jesusonic is for audio effects while msp appears to be a midi synth.
I was just checking this one out yesterday :http://www.synthedit.com/
Here are some examples of what you can do with it (not by me btw):
GUI:
http://mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/synthedit/
"Programming" Interface:
http://mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/synthedit/
I think you can see which one (compared to msp) is much more powerful :)

Re:OrbiterCurrently the programs run, but the IMU hardware simulation isn't there, so it can't control the spacecraft...
Source is here.

Re:Orbiter
Hmm, for some reason that link got screwed up: here's another try.

Re:I hate to say it but...
It's all about the local politians getting back handers for these 'new ideas'.
Buses are more practical. Providing you don't spend over 30,000,000 GBP on new 'guided' bus systems like Crawley's Daft Monorail idea (Warning: Propaganda Site).
Not only is the project over budget and behind schedule, but the disasterous effect on the remaining 'normal' buses has resulted in a negative overall improvement to date.
At it's peak, the service will support just 5000 of Crawley's residents, while costing over 300 per year in delays to each of the 78,000 car drivers. And those are the conservative estimates taken from the offical fastway propaganda site. For more accurate information on the problem, see Crawley Fastway and RAGBUS, a protest site against a similar problem.
Needless to say, a few people in the right places took some _huge_ back handers for that one.
