    the Blood Elves' frailty was used (in part) to justify why Blood Elf characters could not play as Warriors (See WoWWiki for further details). Now that they're being "pumped up" to look stronger, maybe Blizzard revert their class-restrictions and make it possible for players to roll Blood Elf Warriors again..

    How many people know the new macs actually ARE pc's?

    A "PC" is not defined by its processor. The mac/pc differentiation is one between a designed-to-be-complete system (that is, OS running for specific hardware and running well) and a hackish put-it-all-together-and-hope-it-works one.

    "PC" is a generic term for any personal computer. "Mac" is a particular term for a specific type of computer.

    Does anyone know if/when reiser4 will be included into the mainline kernel? I recall reading a kerneltrap interview a while back with Andrew Morton, in which he basically said "sure, why not?" to including it into the next release..

    Have they fixed the speed issues? Earlier versions worked but were uber-slow. The devs said that this would be fixed in a future release.

    Mac OS X's Spotlight does a pretty fine job of sifting through documents quick enough. Just commit everything to electronic form and give'r. Things need not be "organized", just indexed.

    There were plenty of proposed enhancements for FreeBSD. So far, I haven't heard a single progress update regarding any of these. Is there a deadline or similar required completion date? It would really be great to see a few of these in FreeBSD (such as UFS journalling, for example). What happened?

    1. MacOSX x86 booting natively on a Pc notebook Mitac 8050D (Pentium-M 735/1.6GHz)

    2. The boot on the same hardware, the permission error was repaired. We can see the "About this Mac" panel, Apple System Profiler and CHUD prefpane showing information on the processor (frequency, cache etc...)

    And yes I know these are linked on the site, but if it gets slashdotted, at least you might be able to still grab the torrents since they appear to be on a different server.

    I recently purchased a Canon IP3000. For $72 you get 22 pages-per-minute, HIGH quality photo printing, PictBridge, even Duplex printing! The ink is super-cheap and lasts much longer than other similar ones. Oh yeah, there's a $20 mail-in rebate too.

    Read the reviews, this printer is simply the best you can get for under $100.

    Just don't bother using it with linux. :)
