World Trade Towers and Pentagon Attacked

The World Trade Towers in new york were crashed into by 2 planes, one on each tower, 18 minutes apart. Nobody really knows who did it, but the planes were big ones. Normally I wouldn't consider posting this on Slashdot, but I'm making an exception this time because I can't get news through any of the conventional websites, and I assume I'm not alone. Update We're having server problems. Sorry. Updated info, both towers havecollapsed, pentagon hit by 3rd plane. Part of it has collapsed.

When a country is known for harboring corporations that are thugs on the world stage people are going to be pissed off. When a country uses use deadly (military) force in foreign policy to promote and protect these corporations you are going to have response in kind.

This is pretty basic human nature.

If our corporations and governments act like criminals we are going to have to live like criminals in an armed camp of minimal human rights to prevent incidents like planes crashing into the world trade center.

I'm sorry. No one in this world had this coming! I don't care what injustices they've suffered or think they've suffered. To attack innocent civilians is absolutely outrageous and beyond justification. To condone the killing of innocent men, women, and children is positively fucking wrong! War is one thing. People in war willingly place their lives in the hands of the country for protection. To 1) Hijack planes filled with approximately 300 people each, then 2) fly them into two commercial(!) buildings with a combined 40,000 workers is lunancy and the work of an evil man. And I don't want to hear about the Pentagon being an exception to above because it is the home of the military. My father works for the DoD and was supposed to having a meeting there tomorrow. I am thinking God with all my heart that it wasn't today or that these terrorist pricks didn't wait another day. So fuck you!
