New Cube controller

Aparently it's for Phantasy Star Online." If this isn't real, why not? Something like this looks like a great idea to me.
Now, the game is coming to GameCube, a system with more bits, which results in larger words filled with more characters who have more lines of dialogue.
Dialogue like:
w00t! My b0X0r h4Z m00r B1tZ +heN yuRz!!
Stellar.
Notice the arrow keys... they are much like how I remember old apple computers - up-down-left-right all in a row. Obviously the arrow keys would not be used as much as the controller for the gaming, but there might be times where you want it setup better.
Simple, because although you don't need a D-Pad and such for MMORPGs, you would need it for every other game that would concievably be on a console. Ever tried to run a SNES emulator and play, say, SF 2 or Mario World with just a keyboard? It's a big fat pain, people break keyboards that way (no joke)
:-)
Plus, keyboards are by neccesity digital, whereas for serious control of, say, an FPS, you need an analog device, like a mouse. Hey, and while you're at it, why not give it it's own screen as well, which can reach much higher resolutions then a TV, plus, make it so that you can easily swap hardware in and out of the console. Also, in case you want to play fighting games, give it some sort of high-bandwidth i/o ports, that allows you to connect some sort of data storage device, or a controller with any number of buttons at all.
Oh, wait, then you'd have a PC.
