A 64 MB geforce 3 card goes on sale this friday for a great price, and I wanted to get in on the deal. But then I remembered that it's a damn waste of a card on me, because A) I run linux, and B) I find coding more fun than games. It's a shame, really...
Let's see... you're comparing a video game console to an operating system. I think you're right. There IS no contenst because you're comparing apples to oranges.
Tune in next week when we compare a discman to my pet frog.

I Disagree!
Apples (the fruit variety) and Oranges can indeed be compared, as this paper points out, in a scientific experiment.
"Last month, former Mylackey [defunct.com/scam] Chief Financial Officer Brendan Barnicle called the cops to report that $53,844 in computers had been stolen from the company.
It's not clear, however, why Barnicle waited until March 16 to report the loss, which originally came to light last October when the company closed down. On that terrible day (October 27, 2000), a computer- leasing company showed up to take away the items, only to discover they were missing.
No word on the current whereabouts of the 21 stray computers. Barnicle, who has gone on to become a financial analyst for Pacific Crest, was unavailable for comment." Nancy Drew
Good thing we've got guise LIEk Brendan to help us decide about "investments" in our future, know? More clues as to whoare the REAL.commIEs/FraUDs. Moron Brendan, who, amusingly enough, is touted as a "former" lawyer (turned stock tout/shill?). Looks LIEk he fills the "lackey" position, perfectly.
They say they'll be comparing the X-box and the Gamecube in the Part II, which is not released yet, though.
The GameCube has been released. I know because I own one. And if you don't believe me, there was a post on slashdot talking about them being released early and another post the day it was released.:)

Are there any games that display hexadecimal readout of game data? Decimal is for dinosaurs.
Yes I Am!! Number 2
Why is this important?
I just discovered that there is a full Linux chipset architecture operating at half speed in the Nintendo Game Machine.
Linux is a stable, free, open-source software solution for the enterprise and amateur users alike.
Linux on Nintendo Game Rectangle? What next? Windows on your toaster oven? Hahahahahahaha!

So, whois Brendan Barnicle , "Vice Principle and Senior Research Analyst", with Pacific Crest "Securities" (requires flash plugin to view?), really? & why is he allowed to provide so much MiSinformation (google) to the "mainstream media" (AP)?
