      What's this ? I never heard of this kind of myth before. Faultless programmers... You must be kidding me !

      From the article:
      The success or failure of any software programming group depends largely on its ability to work together as a team

      That's not how i see it. The success or failure of programming projects (and therefore the groups involved) depends mostly on doing the right thing !

      Most problems I have encountered in my programming career have hardly ever been technical.

      It is a good thing to improve your technical skills, I admit. But if you are doing the wrong thing it doesn't really matter how good you are at it !
