Followup To Bohr-Heisenberg Meeting

December writes "As a follow up to this slashdot article, "The family of Niels Bohr has decided to release all documents deposited at the Niels Bohr Archive, either written or dictated by Niels Bohr, pertaining specifically to the meeting between Bohr and Heisenberg in September 1941. There are in all eleven documents. The decision has been made in order to avoid possible misunderstandings regarding the contents of the documents."       I would just like to say that the only funny people on slashdot are the flamers/trolls/offtopics like this one. How many times have you read: IMAGINE A BEOWOLF CLUSTER OF THOSE etc. etc. etc. the same jokes a dozen or more times. Slashdot admins should delete those hugely unfunny posts. If you think you are so funny, perform at evening at the improv or def comedy jam, you worthless turds.

      Yeah, thanks for the support. I thought that it was a really promising technology. Remember, all the fuss about the Segway? This Jetpack has much more promise and cool factor.

    (Tried to get this submitted, but as usual, eveything I try to submit as a story is rejected)I posted to DSL Reports that it was my opinion that the ISP I worked for was sellign email addresses. Just an opinion. Well, a few days later (today) I come in, and I got fired for it. I posted in my spare time, from home. Is this even legal/right?

    I have just seen it at CNN. Ken Thompson, programmer extraordinaire, was found dead in his Florida home, victim of what is thought to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Thompson, widely regarded as one of the greatest programmers who ever lived, created both Unix, one of the most widely used computer operating systems, and Belle, the first computer chess champion of the world.

    Thompson retired from his AT&T job as computer scientist last year to pursue a totally new career: flight instructor. Sadly, as he ultimately found out, he unwittingly trained the terrorists who committed the September 11 attack against the World Trade Center. Apparently, the knowledge of his unknowing contribution to the tragedy was too much for him to bear.
