linux has to be the shittiest OS i've ever used.
first off, OOM killer. WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS SHIT? you're telling me that there's no accurate way to tell how much memory is available to my application? and that the kernel will just KILL IT of it uses too much?
that's some pretty fucked up shit, not even win NT has problems like that. i can't believe people think it's ok to put this on production systems? jesus christ.
and X. let's fucking talk about X. what a fucking bright idea to NOT COMPRESS the bitmap data AT ALL. oh, and what a great extensible protocol. it has all of MOTIEF for a widget set. have you seen what happens with gtk or qt paired up with a remote session? i'll tell ya, it's not pretty.
then there's permissions. hello? get with the 90's linux, you need ACL support YESTERDAY. NT has acl support, and where is linux? GONE. NOT THERE. sure xfs can do it, but what a cheeseball hack that is. pfffft. don't talk to me about kernel 2.5, because if it's not production quality, it doesn't exist. (does this mean linux doesn't exist? HAH)
oh, and ever tried making a 2gb file with kernel 2.2, or glibc 2.1? haha, what a fucking joke. i can't believe people take this operating system seriously.
the one thing that really gets me is all the linux FOOLS that go on and on about linux's portibility.
WHAT PORTABILITY? IT'S NOT EVEN ANSI C FOR CHRIST'S SAKE.
linux should take a hint from BSD, and learn to write REAL CODE that actually compiles on REAL C COMPILERS.
this brings us to the topic of gcc. has there ever been a shitter, slower compiler? i mean, have you tried templates on 2.95.3? have you watched them just not fucking work properly? stupid linux trolls will probably mention gcc 3.0.x, but it's fairly safe to say that the 3.0 series isn't close to production quality (then again, has gcc ever been?)

That's a pretty harsh accusation, especially against a judge. I assume you have proof of your allegation that Judge Patel's corrupt.
What's that? You don't? Not a single bit of evidence? None at all?
How interesting. You have no evidence, but you're quite willing to accuse a sitting federal judge of corruption. Why is that?
Oh, that's right, she made a legal judgment that you don't agree with, and since you are the pre-eminent expert on the law, she obviously must be a willing pawn for RIAA. Couldn't possibly be anything else, could it?
Ahh, but you're going to say that the First Amendment gives you the right to say such things, even if they're not true. Sorry, bucko, but you're wrong. What you have done is commit libel, and libel isn't protected by the First Amendment. But I'm sure that you already knew that, seeing as how you're such an expert on the law.
So now what, Sparky? You've no proof of your claims, and no legal protection were Judge Patel to decide to come after you. I doubt that she will; she doesn't know you exists, and she probably wouldn't give a rat's ass even if she did, since you're nothing more than a whiny little pissant.
