The article is focused on Wipro, a big IT company in India, but applies to many other companies in India that have been highly successful. A long article with some stupid errors like saying developers code with UML, but brings out the business facts well enough."

    the "no child left behind" act is a way to further defund schools, that have been horribly neglected.

    why? republicans like to spend an obscene amount of money on defence, and have no extra money for their constituents.
