    That Xenocrates quote is pretty weak. How many people sit in silence and let crimes happen or criminals go free? It happens all the time the world round. He wouldn't feel guilty about that?

    There is a hell of a lot of feel guilty about if your silence allows something to happen that you know is wrong.

    He must have been living in an ivory tower social construct to have never whitnessed anything bad happen because of the inaction of those around him (or himself).
