    Surely you didn't mean Russia and China...you meant King George 43, right? And Ashcroft. Russia and China are nothing compared to the oppression that the U.S. is currently experiencing.

    forgive me if memory fails, but doesn't python require tabs or whitespacing in certain ways as part of its syntax requirements? i HATE that shit. i have a b.s. in physics, fortran is lingua franca among physicists, i refused to learn it (among other reasons) because of it's lame-assed spacing requirements. i think alot of other people feel the same way.

    not to take away from your point, which is valid, just an aside picking on your particular choice of language for your example. =)
