Israeli Ministry of Commerce Picks OO.org Over MS
CaptainT writes "According to this article in The Register Microsoft office was replaced by Open Office in the Israeli employment agency.
MS scorns the defection...
This follows current Israeli antitrust legislation and the recent release by IBM and Sun of Hebrew support in OpenOffice.org. Is the Israeli Defence Force going to follow?"
I'm not sure which is worse:
BackOrifice or OpenOrifice
Microsoft has accused Open Source of Communism, Anti-Americanism, Anachronism, and all sorts of other -isms. I wouldn't be surprised if, somewhere in Redmond, there was a memo that declared Open Source to be a supercalifragilisticexpialidociousism, an antidisesetablishmentariamism and a floccinoccinihilipilificationism to boot.
It's painfully obvious, though, that there are people who actually believe everything they're told about Linux, by Microsoft. The original poster, to me, is clearly showing how painfully stupid the Microsoft propoganda is -and- how utterly gullible, naive and pathetic their believers have become.
It's a small world and it smells funny; I'd buy another if it wasn't for the money; Take back what I paid (SoM)
