they didnt innovate. they took the next logical step in the players.

    what innovation?

they have a crappy menu control button?

they were not the first to do anything actually.

You stupid Mac shits! Quit defending your unethical company that has a history of proprietary crap hardware running proprietary software and has a history of requiring an NDA to develop programs for their systems. Macs make Wintel systems look like Open Source.

when Apple have to hand over all that lovely loot to the Beatles label

of course this also 2 years ago that Apple decided to break their 25year old contract with Apple Records and fuck the little guy(s), first they steal Apple Records name and logo , then after getting slapped every single time in court because of it they carry on regardless, it seems they are becoming habitual infringers and it wouldnt be suprising that a judge would them hold them in contempt of court too

must be fun to just say "fuck agreements and associates lets just do what we want" , i guess if M$ and the U$A goverment can do it, anyone can just dont expect sympathy when things dont go your own way (cough mass piracy)

    1) I can *easily* afford one. I'm still thinking about getting one, just weighing up the pros and cons. There are cheaper boxes which do similar things - I might get one of those instead.
    2) So they've fixed that bug then. Good for Apple.
    3) It's a `register to read` site, but now there's a free link...

Andrew Andrew sounds like the poor mans Gilbert and George. All that stuff about asthetics...thats enough reason I'd rather buy anyone's box but Apples - they're so full of shit.

What a poignant end to an...uh..amusing sentence. No, there's nothing in that article which does anything to dispel my belief that its just overpriced wank for Nathan Barley style poseurs.

This is the reason I will never do business with Apple. They are like every other company and will screw you over in a minute. The only difference with Apple is they count on the loyalty of their sycophants to defend them even when they are blatantly in the wrong.

They try to promote and foster a sense of community and culture and then rip you off.
