MandrakeMove Bootable Linux CD Announced
joestar writes "MandrakeSoft just announced the release of the MandrakeMove release candidate, a special desktop version of the Mandrake Linux distribution that boots live from the CD and uses a USB key (included in the retail version) to automatically store personal data. It looks a bit like Knoppix, but comes with more features, such as the capability to eject the MandrakeMove CD-ROM during its use, in order to read audio or video files from another CD! The download release candidate is available here."
Come see lots of naked people.
I always hated Knoppix. Don't ask me why. It was just hate at first sight.

The language on this blog is absolutely disgusting.
Sorry, but I've bitten my tongue for a full week now and have to speak my mind. This kind of foul-mouthed language has nothing to do with technology and certainly nothing to do with our Lord. Choose to ignore Him in your writings but at least have Him in your heart when you write!
It's your eternal soul you're throwing away!
Please, love one another, love yourself and above all: love our saviour, almighty God.

OH MY GOD I HATE NIGGERS!
How long did it take you to draw that?
Are there any IDE experts out there that can tell me what pins need to be cut or shorted to make an IDE hard drive READ-ONLY? I know most SCSI drives have a "read-only" jumper, but SCSI isn't much of an option for systems that are supposed to be super-low-price like this.
So, if anyone knows, please post. A link to a reputable source would be better, since people want to know they aren't being told to short the power pins. That would be a much better option than a slow CD.

I know this isn't the right place to ask, but how can I remove Mandrake from my hard drive? I already tried to google for it and came up with nothing. Any suggestions? Thanks.
