The thing i like about PHP is that it derives a lot from a lot of scripting and programming languages.
Wonder whats new about PHP5 though that will help the average web scripter....? The changelog doesnt show anything sensational.
Wouldn't "quite stable" imply "completely stable"?
In contrast, what would "not quite stable" mean?
