PHP 5 RC 1 released

An anonymous reader writes "PHP just released the first release candidate of PHP 5 after 4 beta releases. It is considered stable and feature-complete -- so get testing!"

    Wouldn't "quite stable" imply "completely stable"?

    In contrast, what would "not quite stable" mean?

    The thing i like about PHP is that it derives a lot from a lot of scripting and programming languages.
    Wonder whats new about PHP5 though that will help the average web scripter....? The changelog doesnt show anything sensational.
