Really? A pre-order is selling out more than a item that's been out for 4 years already? I'm just curious, how is the sale of Super Mario Brothers/Duck Hunt doing against Halo 2 preorders?

As to the X-Box, it only sold 173 units during that period. Seems to me that the Japanese hate Microsoft even more than Slashdot.:-)
What's really sad is that 168 of those units are now running Linux.

i've had a PS2 for about 3 years, i play it almost every day for at least 2-3 hours, and its on and in use for most of the weekend when my friends come round and we have massive binge drinking and pro evolution soccer days. i've had to replace 3 controllers, but am still on the first console.
it is starting to wig out a bit on some older games, but i think thats got more to do with the age and condition of the game iteself rather than the drive fucking up.
