iTunes Expands In Europe

Countries include : Austria, Belgium, Finland, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain. Apparently it launched 26 october 2004, making this a late submission. Back when they announced this, they said they'll be coming to Canada in November. Technically, they still have two more weeks, but it's coming.
Why do the Tunes cost 0.99 Euro, even with the exchange rate $ / Euro being as low as it is?
