iTunes Expands In Europe

jawtheshark writes "I found just out today that Apple launched the iTunes store in serveral more European countries. Countries include : Austria, Belgium, Finland, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain. Apparently it launched 26 october 2004, making this a late submission.     Back when they announced this, they said they'll be coming to Canada in November. Technically, they still have two more weeks, but it's coming.

    Why do the Tunes cost 0.99 Euro, even with the exchange rate $ / Euro being as low as it is?

      Haven't you figured out that stuff is cheaper in the US? I'm waiting for my visit over there to stock up on a new iPod, Gameboy Advanced, DVDs, Airtunes... (I'm american living abroad).
