Watching All Six Star Wars Movies Simultaneously

DavidSJ writes "WeirdHat created a video of all Star Wars movies being played simultaneously, side-by-side, and then watched it. Some notable finds: the first appearance of Palpatine in The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones is on the same frame. Also, the Jedi Rocks music in Episode VI provides amusing accompaniment to the Anakain/Obi-Wan vs. Dooku fight in Episode III."

Slow news day, is it? Honestly, this is one of the most ridiculous (i.e., uninteresting, uninspired, un-newsworthy) stories I've seen on Slashdot in quite a while.

I know its "news for nerds, stuff that matters" and while this article clearly fits the first claim, it really fails the second..

I find that news often shows up more than a day earlier on other sites such as technocrat.net.
And then theres the posts of either flamebait news or completely useless crap.
I suppose if I wasted hours doing some mediocre yet geeky thing I could get it on the front page too?

Also, keep in mind editors, that a LOT of slashdot readers these days are not diehard OSS fans nor Microsoft haters. They just post a few hundred angry messages when you put such articles up...

Of course if its been decided that your readers can go **** themselves, then please ignore all my previous comments..

Those in power... or in the majority... are never really hurt at all by comments or stereotypes. They still rule the world. So whites, men, christians (in USA), heterosexuals, etc will always be fair game. And I agree with it. Whereas if you make damaging comments against a minority or a group of people whose situation is pretty bad... then you're just an ass. Clearly. Don't kick someone when they're already down.

To whoever modded my comment as a flamebait: Just because you don't like Jar-Jar doesn't make it a flamebait to express ones love for a movie character. Bro, seriously, you need to smoke some Purple Haze and then watch Jar-Jar THEN come back and mod me flamebait! ;-)
