    What we really need for April Fools Day is for everyone to have unlimited moderation for any April Fools topics.

    And no minimum or maximum on the ratings of any post.

    You might've had a point if a precedent hadn't been set in the previous 3 articles:

    [+] aprilfools, lame, omg, gay, thinkgeek (tagging beta)
    [+] aprilfools, lame, omg, gay, birthday (tagging beta)
    [+] aprilfools, gay, ponies, omg, pink (tagging beta)

    I'm not sure how the tagging system works, but Slashdot is a moderated site, and the use of the term "gay" in this context arguably should be moderated out. I doubt the mods would let tags through if they had racial or misogynistic meanings, and homophobia should be treated no differently.

    All I can say to that is...'w00t'. I would love to go thorugh this topic and make every one +5 insightfull. It could be like granting amnisty from bad karma. Or prehaps that isn't such a good idea.

    LOL, bunneys are so cute, they are just so cuddly, the way they jump and frlic is just darling. I love it when they lick my little nose.

    Sorry, I use ot have rabits and think they make great pets, and all this pink...I just had a moment...it has passed.

    That's life. Get used-to it. MAny of us are absolutely fed-up with moronic political correctness, and don't give a damn.

    How about "kids" being used as a derogatory term? How about "old men" being used as a derogatory term?

    Don't like it, screw you. Welcome to being a member of the public, and having to put up with others, as they put up with you.

    I find it pretty offensive that you use the term "gay" as a derogatory term.

    I find it funny that you're offended.

    Perhaps you aren't aware that "gay" is in common usage by the youngsters as a pejorative term, and this is nothing but a parody of that usage.

    If you would relax your offensive sensors a little, we wouldn't have to parse words so carefully for you, and you would instantly become a more attractive person.
