Listen people! There is a very good reason this is on the/. main page, since this is a tech website, it is meant to spark conversation and be meaningful in a technology kind of way. Don't you see the reference to cold fusion?! That's why the 10 word story is such a short story, the picture alone has left us with many insights into the ability to create infinite energy.

You aren't Digg. Stop trying to be. You are better than that. Slashdot does not need colour-coded, user-rated stories that you 'digg up' and 'bury' and, above all, does not need single image 'stories' for people to LOL over. Have some dignity.
Not only is this handily the worst Slashdot "story" I've ever seen, but it's spelled "Ouroboros".

Talk about leaving a shitty taste in your mouth...
our rob o ros. //read from a box found under a grav-pool table.
do you perhaps mean:
ouroboros?
oroboros is a window manager.
I'm intrigued. How will this concept scale?
My coworker points out that this idea doesn't have any legs to stand on.
Oh - my boss said that this bites.
Just because I doubt myself does not mean I find your position compelling.
Amazing. I never knew that a snake could come into existence by crawling out of its own mouth.
When our name is on the back of your car, we're behind you all the way!

Mother, do you think they'll like this sig?
How long can it keep on devouring itself?
Most likely it would regurgitate itself before it has digested enough to mortally wound itself.
Oh, say does that Star-Spangled Banner entwine / The myrtle of Venus with Bacchus's vine?
Why can't we mod entire "stories" -1 offtopic? This is quite possibly the lamest thing I have seen on Slashdot in years.
my subject says all - this is simply unacceptable
I see this as a metaphor for technological man.
The cost of that cleanup, of course, will be borne by taxpayers, not industry.
