because most of the heard follow the one with the bell. I, for one, will not be renewing my passport next time if these rules are still in place and I'd hope that others will follow me. When people have a two hour drive, a long wait, and an intrusive interview by some pimply twat in a suit then they may well protest about it and decide that it's not worth it, but knowing the great unwashed I doubt they will.

Same here in the UK, people very rarely complain about parady or satire because they know that if they do it will be 10 times worse for them. In fact its such a national passtime here that celebs etc ask to go on the very shows that take the piss out of them.

I could never use the word 'unattractive' with the SR-71. It's just about the best looking plane ever, even the way it leaked fuel whilst on the runway was cool. What was really special about it was the camera, the very high altitude imagery is hard to beat. My company use a plane mounted digital camera that cost $1.2, and compared to the SR-71 the imagery sucks.

Even a 15C drop wouldn't require triple glazing where I live. There are places in the UK with triple glazing but they tend to be either in cold areas or noisy areas. Our double glazing has been gas filled for years. And as for proving his point? what point would that be?

Houses in the UK tend to be built very well. Virtually all housing is brick construction with all new builds for the past 30 years (at least) requiring lots of insulation and double glazing. 15C lower temp in the winter would be bitch though as where I live (the south east) we get so little snow and ice that we don't have the necessary skills or tools to deal with it in large ammounts.

For most towns in the UK the mayor has no power at all, it's just a figurehead position for the council (some towns are getting directly elected mayors though). As for schools, I've never heard of CCTV with speakers in them, my kids have never mentioned them and a friend who is a school caretaker has never mentioned it, of course if Tony Blair reads /. then we can expect it any day. As posted earlier CCTV is not as widespread as you may think, mostly they are in town centres, shopping centres (and shops), road gantries, and carparks. My village has one, and that overlooks the village hall carpark, the village next to us has one overlooking an ATM. My home town has full coverage of the town centre, usefull on a Friday and Saturday night, it also has the lowest crime rate in the UK and most residents are more than happy about it.

No. Disability access is not just for the blind. 15. Re:Why an Xbox? on Xbox for Stroke Rehabilitation · · Score: 2, Informative

One good reason is ease of use. Most stroke patients are elderly, in a lot of cases very elderly. Using a simple device like an xbox with a simple on/off switch will be far easier for them (and any carers) to use than a PC. Stroke patients often have problems remembering as well so the easier you can make it the better. And it's easier from a support point of view, but it would be easier still if it could be released as a proper xbox DVD so that no mods are required. I'm excited about this as my wife had a massive stroke last year and needs all the rehab she can get. This usually requires either lots of expensive kit or lots of visits to a rehab centre (which takes me out of work for a long time), cheap solutions like this one mean I can provide the rehab myself at home in my own time and reduce the cost to our health service.

After cursing mythtv for several long hours I downloaded knopmyth and apart from having to sort out the chan freqs had no problem at all.
