I remember back when i was playing, i dreamt of winning Might Shoulders. Racked up about 130 days of play time in 1 year, 7/8 Tier 2, Sulf hammer etc, but one day about 6 months ago I just decided to quit. Too much damn eDrama.
In RYL ( or one of the other Korean MMO's ), your strength in pvp is balanced out according to the ratio of enemies, so if there are two players of nation A and one of B, the player in nation B will be powered up. They may implement an equalisation scheme similar to that.
We pay 50AUD/Month for 512/128 Unlimited here in Aus. It's one of the cheapest true unlimited plans. Most plans higher than 512, like 1.5... 24Mbit have caps of 20, 40,... gb and aren't available with Unlimited Download Caps.

I wasn't really that impressed by the graphics of Oblivion. It was overly hyped :(
