As the three points used to denote the triangle are on a sphere (the Earth... or a close approximation of a sphere at such scale), there would be more than 180 degrees inside the triangle if it were measured on the surface of the ocean.
For as much bitching and whining that republicans did, Obama actually signed fewer EO's than any other 8 year president going back to Ulysses Grant (1869-1877). On a yearly average, which is a better measure, Obama's average is less than any president since Grover Cleveland (1885-1889). Trump, on the other hand, is on pace to match in 4 years what it took Obama 8 years to sign.
And to be even more correct, a number of Obama's EO's were drafted and signed AFTER republicans told him to go ahead and do it to fix a problem because they couldn't, or wouldn't, fix them.
A direct democracy can be, yes. The US doesn't have a direct democracy... we have representatives AND a constitution. This is the problem the right has... they think the constitution (bill of rights) is supposed to give the majority control over the minority. It's not. It's there to protect the minority FROM the tyranny of the majority... so that the rights of EVERYONE are safe from being stripped on a whim.
I find it hard to believe that a human being intelligent enough to press the buttons in the right order to spell words actually thought that republicans even knew what was in Obama's executive orders; all they seemed to know was his skin color.
Fixed that for you. Obama signed 276 EO's. With only 9 overturned by a stacked conservative court, i'd say that's pretty damn good. And yes, it was all about him doing things by EO's, unless of course, you think that all the republicans saying exactly that were lying for 8 years when they said it.
Correct, it's not perjury... but, misrepresentation isn't as hard to prove. Also, as the case i posted points out, the group/individual making the DMCA claim has the legal obligation to evaluate fair use before sending the notice. In this case, if there was no infringing material on the page they wanted taken down, that DMCA notice is a misrepresentation; that's less subjective than objective... it either is, or is not. If it clearly is not, that's not hard to show.
That would be (c). 3. vi, but that section is only about notification requirements.
If you continue reading down:
(f) Misrepresentations.—Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents under this section—
----- (1) that material or activity is infringing, or
----- (2) that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification,
shall be liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or copyright owner’s authorized licensee, or by a service provider, who is injured by such misrepresentation, as the result of the service provider relying upon such misrepresentation in removing or disabling access to the material or activity claimed to be infringing, or in replacing the removed material or ceasing to disable access to it.
If their front page has no instances of infringement, then yes, all the DMCA notices they've been given are misrepresentation, and whoever is filing them could be found liable.
Actually it's why they went from constant budget deficits and service reductions to having balanced budgets and service expansions... but thanks for confirming your stupidity.
No dipshit, it's the realization that EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO HAS THE RIGHT TO VOTE should get to, and stupid fucking idiots like you can't tell them they can't. https://www.citylab.com/equity...
Again, you'd have to be a fucking idiot to equate the two. The Heritage Foundation has a list of voter fraud cases, and for cases where an ID would make a difference (Impersonating fraud at the polls) it lists 13 going back to 2004.
You don't want an ID system, you want a poll tax. You make it so it's free, and the STATE is required to put in the effort to make sure EVERY SINGLE PERSON in the state has one EVERY ELECTION.... i'd vote for that. But, you a poll tax.
But they definitely do have their preference on who wins. Lets face it, the only two countries where Trump was more popular than Hillary prior to the election was Russia and Israel... which says something. Russia is on Russia's side, but they know it'd be easier to manipulation Mr Narcissist than Hillary, regardless if they have dirt on him or not.
No.... ignorance, stupidity, tribal mentality, and worthless fucking liars...made the orange asshat president.

It's the only way to be sure.
There's a "secret cow level"joke in here somewhere....
or....could be.
Actually.....
As the three points used to denote the triangle are on a sphere (the Earth... or a close approximation of a sphere at such scale), there would be more than 180 degrees inside the triangle if it were measured on the surface of the ocean.
They're not monkeying around.

At /., accuracy and completeness isn't as important as the narrative.... Mr D from 63 (seriously, just a little ways down)
How Ironic.
So how do we explain that two Brazilian nuclear plants operate under those conditions most of the time?
The same reason the lunar rover worked on the moon, but your own car won't.
You miss the point. Germany has stupidly shut down nuclear plants, but nuclear is still available when needed, unlike wind.

Rule 1: Start with the assumption that all humans are stupid. You will never be disappointed.
* * * * subsection (a): Never ever underestimate the levels of stupidity humans can achieve, with, or without, effort.

You're a fucking idiot. Oh, and a fucking coward... that much was obvious.

That's not insightful, it's stupider than fuck. VOTER FRAUD is virtually non-existent, ELECTION TAMPERING is what we're talking about.

The first classic blunder. Where's a Sicilian when you need one.
Take the money, hire a team of Las Vega casino security people, tell them to fix it. It's what they do, and do very well.

Exactly. Republicans don't want ID's, they want a poll tax.
