My ZyXel P330W never needs rebooted. I leave it up for months at a time. In fact the only time is gets rebooted is when the power goes out...
Oh an I run torrents with a lot of connections and have 2 vista machines, 2 xp machines. One of the pc's is a notebook & vista as well.
No problems.
If we accept this baloney then here's a thought - The members of the board for Verizon should all be charged with felonies in regards to their so called "unlimited internet". You don't see this happening so by the same token we should only allow this female to be sued the same as verizon is in civil court. As you well know she could be awarded millions there for "pain and suffering".
The fact that it is felony is inappropriate in and of its own without regards to this or any other unrelated crimes.
Felonies are should be and are supposed to be reserved for SERIOUS crimes such as rape, murder, torture, treason, genocide etc. MySpace "Fraud" should be a heavier misdemeanor.
I'm not saying what was done is excusable or acceptable. I'm just judging the so called fraud law on its own merits.

I don't know your personal situation, but in addition ^ TO ^ spammers it could also be someone, perhaps a stalker creating these logins/sites with your name? Just a thought.

We never had any advances in suburban communities like Canfield, Ohio where I grew up under the Bell System. It was only after the break up in 1984 that we finally moved from a step-by-step switch to a 5ESS with a few calling features!
It was only after competition came in on a local basis much later that I can finally get Anonymous Call Rejection (still can't get it from Bell).
New pricing models that make sense in the modern era and more features for the consumer resulted from the bell breakup.
yes bell labs came through (and still does post 1984) with many breakthrough scientific discoveries, but so do many other organizations and companies. The argument that had there been no monopoly there would not have been these developments is not a logical one.
Geez, what is so bad about SHARING the information wealth with our rural FRIENDS. It might improve farming techniques or spawn new agricultural technology thus helping the U.S. economy. Or should we continue to take the Republican line and continue to destroy the nation's national security (the economy) and give up our dollar's might to foreigners?
Education (free school available to all up to 1st college degree)
Infrastructure - public transportation available to everyone, green/alternative private transportation requirements
I want to see 1/2 the money spent on Iraq spent also on our own people. Iraq may or may not be a mistake, but I want similar measures taken on real national security problems like our companies relocating overseas because we have no government health care programs for our base worker class. bla bla bla and the beat goes on.
To make the US competitive with the world I think rural folks should get subsidized broadband. It can only help us. Lets say at least 5 mb down and 1 mb up to start with. That's a very reasonable minimum standard.
Most companies are in fact implementing either some kind of alternative work week or telecommuting for those workers it makes sense for such as IT support staff and Customer Service here in Cleveland.

realize that alcohol and tobacco are among the worst offenders when it comes to drugs. I turn on the TV at times (very few times) and see wholesale promotion of drug use by budweiser, Miller, and a whole slew of drug-pushing beer companies.
I say legalize ALL drugs and sell them including alcohol and tobacco ONLY at state drug stores and tax them all. I'm tired of all of the drug related crime here and abroad. Put all drugs on a level playing field, don't promote one dangerous one over another.

I am a current Alltel soon to be Verizon Customer and cannot wait for a smartphone with Android on it. I like more and more consumers have made it practice to buy my phones out of contract when I can get the phone on ebay or somewhere else for almost the same price as in the store. So I think this trend is increasing among the tech-saavy consumers.
I get unlimited voice, internet, directory assistance, SMS, long distance in Cleveland, Detroit, Youngstown, Pittsburgh, Columbus, Dayton, Cincinnati, Buffalo, Louisville, Akron, Canton for about $52 per month with Revol.
So Revol has in fact replaced my wireline phone here for about the same price with mobility.
I was considering getting T-Mobile for out of state/country coverage.

Maybe his co-conspirators in Congress can prevent the criminal impeachment, but what about hitting his pocketbook?
