{(the only problems i've ever had were due to physical hardware failure)...}
THAT is the reason I'd avoid both XFS and ReiserFS.
Hardware fails. This is a given; c'mon, hard drives have an MTBF rating for a reason. I'll go with a FS that can handle real-world scenarios for people withOUT huge datacenters.
Pfft. These doofs were clueless.
First, at 70% deaf, I have serious trouble with accents unless they're speaking SLOWLY. This wouldn't be a problem, but when I tried to explain it, the first moron just ignored it. He had no idea what "deaf" or "hearing-impaired" meant when I asked him, and so I asked to be transferred to someone who DID. Same with the second, third, and fourth yahoo. I asked for a manager and FINALLY found someone who not only knew what "deaf" meant, but to also enunciate.
Total call time? 50 minutes.
Total time for me to ask the question I needed answered and have it answered? 30 seconds.
49 minutes, 30 seconds of hold time to find someone who knows the meaning of "deaf" is -bleep-ing ridiculous.
Agreed. In my case [PC], I tend to wait a year or 4 before buying a game; the hardware requirements are easier to meet and it runs smoother.
The problem? For some of these games, their developer has been sold or gone bankrupt. Their online features need patching to work with the new server setup, if any even currently exist for that game. If I can't get content for the LONG haul, I'll avoid games with this type of revenue model.
In short, their two most legendary military figures are:
A circus midget that not only got his ass handed to him but got exiled and a girl in her early teens who heard voices.
If I wrapped it in Eastern Mysticism, they'd get a guru, moving company, and reed sandals.
Stupid, Stupid Rat Sheeple. {...with apologies to Jeff Smith}
