I'm looking for good solid servers and when I compared them with other well known companies I noticed price descrepancies. Thus I wanted input on what the users thought of VA's systems.

The CEO can tell me that they over engineered and put together a great product, but so will alot of other CEOs. The difference is I know the other older companies 'well enough' to know when its crap or truth. All of your comments have been very helpful. I get the idea that they are a solid company and will soon have a strong (and well knowon) reputation for quality products and service.

Thanks for your imput. I bet VA Linux is happy to see all of you answer my questions (and happy with your experiences). I'm gonna go look at their 2x2 a little more closely now.

I could be biased though. I have a strong interest in human factors. I think usability will be very important for the future computer users, the ones who dislike comptuers but will be forced to use them in their everyday life anyways. I'd like them to lose their fear and drop their attitude and learn. I'd just like to make it a little bit easier for them to do that, thats all.
