EA may have been the ultimate evil for some time, but Activision has recently been able to overtake them. By a rather large amount too. The former is now the diet-coke of evil, while the evil-scale has had to be redefined to accomodate the latter.
That figure is off by a factor 6-10 too. In October 2008 the number of people enrolled in anything from kindergarten to college was ~76 million. ~48 million in elementary and high school. Source.
$18.7 billion / 76 million students = $246/student
$18.7 billion / 48 million students = $390/student
Doubt that would fix much, even if every single dollar trickled all the way down.
I can't count the amount of times I've felt threatened on the highways here as a beat up, patchy painted Honda Civic pulls up with a triforce or horde sticker in one of the windows.
Here I am, a tourist currently right smack in the middle of Venice. And not until I read it on Slashdot two days after the fact have I realized what the big stage on Piazza S. Marco was for.
Except "installer tells you that you're missing some other software package that it needs and demands that you install it (of course it can't do this itself)" has never actually happened to me. Package depencies, however..;)
Hillary Clinton is a woman[Tm], not a time machine. Slashdotters should know the difference. Time machines have more knobs and gages. So a woman is a time machine, only with less knobs and gages. Got it.. I think.
The real problem is...who cares? Even if it were possible to discover this "truth" what difference would it make in our lives?
I will no longer be a strange person that never leaves home. I'll be a camping f@g.

Amongst our weapons.. amongst our weaponry are such elements as fear, surprise, ... I'll come in again.

What do you mean 'talk to people'?
I would put a tax on all people who stand in water!
Also, all foreigners living abroad.
