Kinda seems like/.'s becoming a slow motion Threat Down lately doesn't it? A bit of mindless fear mongering here, a touch of wry comedy there, end result: same either way.
Is there some equation by which this is determined or is this another abstact measure of FUD that we could just as easily set to "Red" as 7 till midnight?
While it's true that many of the Wii Sports games lack the polish required to be classics, they're certainly more worthwhile than a running pad on the NES...
However what really impressed me that I haven't seen anyone mention yet is that it's the first multiplayer console game in recent memory where you can be playing with one hand and drinking BEER with the other... Drunken bowling night is drawing all sorts of friends who normally avoid game parties, and even my girlfriend enjoys them... A console that interests women and allows you to keep drinking as you play??? That's BRILLIANT!
How much of a market can there be for M$ products in a culture where tribal elders are still dolling out permission to use the language? Did this come before or after the Klingon version?
