You can use tactile feedback to plug a usb drive in. I never look before plugging in a usb.
Worse case scenario I might have it upside down, which is plainly obvious due to the fact that you can't plug usb in the wrong way. If this happens there's only one other way it can go. Even if you take a complete guess it's a 50/50 chance either way.
Lets take the closest physical thing to the music industry, a book store. I can go into almost any book store and read the entire thing if I so please. Guess what? They don't come running over to you screaming "thief!" and press charges when you do that. In fact, many book stores actually -encourage- reading by providing comfortable chairs and tables for reading and having coffee shops so you can drink coffee while you read.
And when you do buy a book, it's yours. The pages don't blank out when the store closes.
While I don't run my own mail server I do retain control over my email in that I can change my MX record to any provider I want. Unfortunately most people don't use their own domains. But if they did, even using google apps they would at least have some protection from this sort of abuse by having the option of moving providers.
What would you do if you lost your email account? How many accounts and online services would you now be shut out of. It is basically identity theft, since the victim loses their online identity for it.
The point of phone games is that they are portable. I can see how they may threaten handheld consoles, especially with the increasing number of qwerty keypads (standardisation) coming into existence.
If that were the case, it would make sense for the bank to have the account suspended (made inaccessible) until Google could contact the owner.
Why should an innocent person have to suffer for the banks fuck up. By sending email to my account people agree that I have the absolute right to do what I want with it. Normally I just delete incorrectly addressed mail, or bounce it back. But I do this at my own discretion those legal signatures mean sod all and I am happy to tell people that in my response.
However if the person making the cock-up went to my service provider I would immediately disclose all email to the public including the "sensitive" attachments and let people know what a dodgy company they are. If they want to attack me I will bite them back.
This would still be of no help in this situation because when the sender selected the wrong email address, the email client would apply that recipients' encryption.
However if those accounts had not previously exchanged key's then the recipient would not be able to decrypt it. The real issue here is the bank attacking an innocent person, seriously I would publicly disclose ALL their emails.
When I was buying counterfeit handbags in Thailand earlier this year it was really useful to be able to send photos back home to get some feedback on the designs. MMS will always have it's place, email won't replace it just as it won't replace SMS. Each one of these platforms of communication has it's own unique place.

Will it get a lower-case "i" at the start of it's name?
I don't want an iPhone.
This is why the best possible outcome is still not really good enough.
But taking another victim is hardly the solution, in this case the bank maliciously sought out to do harm to someone.
Maybe no one is buying their music because they can get it for free?
Then that's all it's worth. Simple economics, goods and services are only worth what someone is willing to pay for them.
"BT is clinging on to an old business model which is supported by illegal downloading."
I miss the days when the Internet was only used by Universities, how I long for a day when only educated people had access.

Congratz you are our 1 millionth dumb-shit of the week.
GET A FUCKING CLUE!
These morons need a lesson in marketing.
If no one is buying your music it's because they don't want to, quit looking for scapegoats.

This Judge should be barred, no question.

Not to mention an Apple game console would probably lack standard features such as multi-player.

The bank has money that the innocent civilian does not.
That's the true extent of corruption in Western Society.

Every one should email the bank banker@rmbank.com to ask them of their shady practices.
How can you trust a bank thats out to hurt people?
The owner of the gmail account should be able to sue the bank for damaging their business.
That's why so many geeks marry online.
It's definitely designed for the US market. I feel sorry for Americans, they are always getting fucked over by either telco's or ISPs.
I don't have an iPhone, which means I get the features that iPhone users can only dream of.
The iPhone is just a fashion accessory, I even got modded down for bagging it. That's how powerful the Apple brainwashing really is.

which means most of us have had MMS for months now.
While the rest of us have had it for years.
Don't sound so surprised, these are Apple customers we're talking about here.
The iphone is notorious for it's lack of basic features, Im surprised you can even make voice calls.
