    People need to stop being lazy and actually type the urls into the address bar. With ICANN wanting to let people create any tld they like phishing is surely going to increase.

    How do you think they sue the dead and/or people who dont own computers. It's not though competent investigation.

    So at most only 2 iiNet customers were recorded and even that's on dodgy unreliable evidence.

    I own more than 100 DVDs and I can't help but feel guilty about it. When your customers have a moral dilemma about buying your products, it's time to re think the business model. But that won't happen because the media companies are business armatures.

    Bit-torrent is a long term solution. Because it is a protocol and not a network so it can't be "Shut Down".

    ThePirateBay is a sigle entity, it can be attacked and brought down but that won't stop others from stepping in and setting up replacements.

    I would have thought a GPS would cause that problem rather than prevent it. Someone who knows were they are going from having looked at a map won't encounter the unexpected freeway exit.

    You can get headsets built into motorcycle helmets. You can also still text on a bike, although I wouldn't recommend it.

    At the end of the day, some people are just shit drivers. Allot of the people who crash while talking on the phone are shithouse drivers to start with. The phone just pushes the envelope that little bit further.

    In Australia I can use my gps while driving and it's perfectly legal but I cannot hold a phone to my ear.
    Where's the logic in that.
